Today it’s time to clean the house. Boring I know but must be done if we are having visitors at Christmas!
If you have little time, focus on the rooms where people will notice – ie: kitchen and bathrooms. Plus, also make sure you use a disinfectant wipe on the fridge and freezer door handles. They are the one thing in a kitchen that everyone uses but no-one cleans!
Stock up on kitchen roll for spills. It costs more than using a cloth to mop up spills but is a great time saver at busy times like Christmas, and just run a quick duster over the telly – everyone will look at the telly over Christmas – don’t let them see the dust!
Give it a good hour of effort getting the whole family to pitch in and you will have a fairly clean house in no time!
