Two of my favourite things in the world are family and travel. We often take short breaks with the children and have also had some fantastic longer haul holidays too but no matter where we are going, whether it involves a flight from Miami or a drive to Manchester, one thing stays the same. The organisation, the juggle and being flexible enough to handle whatever comes up!
Over the years, I’ve developed my own travel checklists and must haves to take with me to entertain the children on long journeys, so I was really interested in what mum of four, Jo Whiley had to say about how she prepares when embarking upon family travel.
These are her best tips and I have made a note about the earphone splitter myself- it is a useful invention!
