Look at what I got this week at Slimming World!
Two stone shifted at Slimming World plus the 1 stone 12 I lost on my own before means a total of 3 stone 12lbs worked off since 2009! This is just 2lbs away from four stone!! Yippee!

I’ve still another stone to lose but at least now I know I can do it!
